Where is my XCode 4.2.1?

I just updated the XCode in the app store on my Lion machine, When I run the XCode in developer/application is still shows it's 4.1 build 4B110. I searched for XCode on entire drive and could find the 4.2.1 version. What happened?

I tried to install the XCode from App Store but it does not let me because it is already installed. How can make App Store let me install it again?

Check your Launchpad. After downloading Xcode 4.2.1 from Mac App Store, you need to run the "Xcode Install" icon which is placed at the Launchpad.
