14 Errors after Installing Xcode 4.2

I have just installed Xcode 4.2 for snow leopard and I'm running into this problem.
The above is what I get after trying to build and run a new project. This occurs for every project, I did nothing to it, didn't modify or change or add anything, and when I try to build & run, I get these errors.

Does anyone know a solution or has faced something similar?

about 13 errors all say permission denied in the end and the last error says 'info.plist' does not exist.

Could you copy and paste the complete error message?

Did you download the correct version of Xcode 4.2 for Snow Leopard from the developer portal? There are different versions of Xcode 4.2 for Lion and for Snow Leopard.

Also, was this a clean install or an install over a previous version of Xcode?
