Designer needed for Icons & Slash Screen

Hey all. New to the whole thing and getting my first app out in a few weeks. I'm not much of a designer and I'm looking for some advice on this. I've used Mycroburst before but my budget doesn't allow for that right now. I saw a few on Fiverr but not sure how legit they are.

Any budget options for icon designs?
