MAC OSX Server

Hello,

I am kind of new for apple and thinking to buy Mac os Server for my company, i have a few questions:

1- What i need as a hardware to run MAC Os server.
2- How much all cost for 10 users.
3- Is ıt possible to access server from Windows OS.
4- Only one developer account is enough or not?

if anyone who has experience on this i would higly appreciate your help.
