Default Xcode 4.1 - where did iPhone 4.0 simulator go?

Alright so i recently wrote an app/submitted and got approved. (Using Xcode 4.0.2 on Snow Leopard).
In my project I have the Base SDK set to 'Latest iOS (iOS 4.3)' and the iOS Deployment Target set to 'iOS 4.0'
In Xcode 4.0.2 when i had that setup and i'd go to select where to run the app i would see iOS Device and then i'd see iPhone 4.0 Simulator and each different one up to iPhone 4.3 Simulator.

I now upgraded to Lion and installed Xcode 4.1.
Opening that same project when i choose what to run my app with, i only see iPhone 4.3 Simulator and the older versions are gone.

How do i get the old simulator versions to show up again so i can test on them? or does Xcode 4.1 test all the iOS from your Deployment Target up to Latest iOS using the one simulator?

Any help would be great!
Thanks

I believe you still need to install all the sdks separately that you want to be able to test on. so if you did a clean install of lion and lost your original setup and then just installed 4.1 you may need to re install the older sdk's too to have them as an option

Default I have installed Xcode 5, Beta 7 on OXS Lion and no 4.3 Simulator is available

I have similar issue. I have not developed for a while. I upgraded my Mac to Lion, paid Apple to be a a new developer, downloaded all the latest Betas from Apple. I can run my old App in the IS 5 Simulator, but I cannot install the App on my IOS4.3.3 iPhone 4.

It seems I am missing the SDK for 4.3. When I login to the Apple developer store and download the 4.3 SDK, it directs me to the MAC App Store and it says it is already installed. I still cannot see the IOS 4.3 Simulator or IOS devices as options in Xcode 5 Beta 7.

What can I do to see the 4.3 Simulator and IOS 4.3.3 device for viewing it on my iPhone 4.

Thanks!!
