Xcode 4 Archiving

I finished my app in Xcode 4.1 on Lion and I had some problems archiving the app, but figured it out. Now it is showing in the organizer but when I click on submit. Then I sign in, and under Application, my app won't appear. And I went to iTunes Connect before this and setup my app there and it says waiting for upload. How do I upload my app to iTunes Connect. If you need screenshots, just comment that you need them and I will post them.

Did you try "Applicaton Loader"?

Apple tool for uploading applications to app store...

I already tried and and it always says there is no embedded java executable installed. Please reinstall dev tools. I have installed Java for Lion and reinstalled the dev tools twice.
