Hello,

Is it possible to code iOS apps on a website or
does Apple provide any macs in the cloud with
latest SDK on it?

Like to code while I'm working on a Windows PC.

To code using iOS SDK you need Lion (or snow leopard), so you need a mac, or however an hackintosh or a VM where you can put lion....

I think the OP means that they want to access a Mac dev environment online via some kind of remote desktop
