Tool for taking iPhone screenshot and attaching border

I recently came across a tool that saved me a lot of time cutting and pasting my screenshot into a border of an iPhone 4 for use on my website. I must have accidentally deleted it, and now for the life of me can't find it again. Could somebody please point me in the right direction?
