How to view documentation without internet?

WHenever I want to look something up in XCode it makes an internet connection and directs me to an online version.
Is there a way I can download all the documentation onto my computer (I'm surprised it doesn't do this anyway when you download/install XCode) so that there is a local copy available and I'm not reliant on having an internet connection all the time?

Preferences -> Documentation -> "Check for and install updates automatically"

You may need to click "Get" on the various pieces to get the first chunk.
