What happened to resources group folder & Nib Name dropdown not populated in Attrib

Xcode 3 automatically created Resources folder and placed the nib file in it. What happened to Resources folder Xcode 4 ?

Also, When I select a tab within a tabbar viewcontroller I used to be able to pick a nib filename from the Nib Name dropdown in the attributes inspector. XCode 4 does not populate this Nib Name dropdown with values. When I type the nib name it works.

Is this a bug ?
