I've looked into this,
Section 10.1 "Notwithstanding the foregoing, Apple Confidential Information will not include: (i) information that is generally and legitimately available to the public through no fault or breach of Yours"
The three pieces of information I disclose are a) Xcode 4 exists, which is widely publicly available. and b) the location of Xcode 4's theme files, which is also easily googled. c) the Xcode theme files themselves. The 6 other theme files and two file converters I link to suggest that the format of Xcode 4's themes is now "available to the public", and the themes themselves are content I have generated.
Still, as you say, best to tread lightly.
