Scroll view and Images in Selective mode issue

How do you select an image or a scroll frame, once it snaps in place in Interface Builder? I want to work with them - making them smaller, but it seems that i can't move them or select them anymore once they fill the View's full frame.
I keep clicking on the image or the frame itself - but how does it get in Selective mode again? They only do when they are not filling the whole view - the frame is selectable then...

well, there is an extra windows there?
Click the UIView or ImageView then go to identity inspector, and change the size values there..
