No provisioned iOS device is connected (iPad)

Hello, can someone please help me. I recently upgraded to xcode 3.2.5 and also upgraded the iPad iOS to version 4.2.1 (8C148). Now I can't do a build and install to test the app. Everytime I tried it said

" Error Starting Executable
No provisioned iOS device is connected"


The iPad had version 3.2 before, and it was working fine. Is there a way I can put it back to version iOS 3.2 on the iPad ? Thanks!

in window\organizer, you see your ipad?

you can't downgrade if you haven't saved shsh using cydia

like said above go to window organizer.
check if its green or orange.
if orange unplug and plug back in let itunes load then when it's done syncing.
go to the organizer again and see if its green.

had that problem for awhile but oh well
