"Manage Your In App Purchases" link is missing

hey all,

according to every documentation out there, i should be able to see this link .. here is what i did.

i created an app in the iTunes Connect.
uploaded my binary
rejected the review process for the app.
and now .. i'm stuck looking around for this link to add inApp purchases.

the user logging in is an Admin.
and oh yeah, btw, creating a Test user option is also missing --> Manage Users -> NO test users option available.

any help would be highly appreciated.

Hi,

I am also facing same problem. i have develop first application and used in-app-purchase in my application and its free application. then how i submit my first application on apple store because they need you must have setup one paid application in itunes..

To get "Manage Your In App Purchases" link, you have to
accept "iOS Paid Applications" contract agreement
through "Contracts, Tax, and Banking" link on the home page.

I succeeded just a few minutes ago.
