I need free PC software to build an app - I don't know any code
I have looked all over for free software to build my first application. I do not know any type of coding language. I prefer not to use online tools. I need this to not charge me anything. I don't mind a percentage taken from sales. I just need not to pay anything. I would like to build a photography guide, with as many pictures as I want to put in it. I would like to have anywhere from 1 to 4 photos on a page with explanations and required camera settings as text under the photos.
Is there any tools for PC (Not Mac) I can use and download for free that don't require code?
You can try dapp for iPhone? That generates code for you. There are things like dragonfiresdk and airplaysdk for pc but they require code. I dont think there is anything that isnt offline which will generate the code for you.

No coding experience? Learncpp.com helped me a lot. Otherwise even a simple app could be expensive to have made. Your best bet, look on the app store for something similar.
I don't believe you'll find any complete solutions for Windows. Even if you rely on a third party tool to generate code, you'd still need the dev tools on OS X to actually build and deploy the app (you'll need to enroll in the $99/year developer program as well). Alternatively, you could look into online publishing solutions, like AppMakr, but I doubt you'll find any that would agree to a pure revenue-sharing arrangement.
Bottom line: I don't think your constraints are realistic. If you want to build iPhone apps, you can get the proper equipment and try to learn, or you'll need to pay someone else to do it for you. Either way, having an app built with no coding and no budget is probably infeasible.
I changed my mind. I don't care if it's an online app developer, I just need something that is free (I don't have any money) that I can build a portfolio for my photography. Is there anything? If you can, suggest multiple tools. Thanks!
you want that someone develop the app for free? it is not the right place. You need a magic tool that develop the app w\o knowing any developing language? it doesn't exist.
If you can use just windows, maybe you can try to use flash.

I'm not aware of a single tool, let alone multiple. Again, it's simply not feasible to have an app built with no upfront cost, unless you're willing to put in the time to learn yourself (and even then, you still need the proper equipment).
Why do you need a native app? It would be much cheaper or free to put your photos on one of the many preexisting photo-sharing websites. Some of those sites already have native iPhone apps.
Otherwise, if you really need a custom app and you have no money, get some money. Then you can think about having your app built.

you want someone to do the dirty work for you for free but you don't want to do it yourself. i suppose you work for free, obviously you have no respect for other people's time Get real.
