iPhone 2.2.1 simulator

I don't seem to have the option for the 2.2.1 simulator, I have the 2.2.1 iPhone build, but not simulator. I originally wrote most of this program in the 3.1.2 profile, and then realized my mistake. I don't have 3.1.2 specific calls, so I was wondering how I would go about adding the 2.2.1 simulator in?
