Default Game Center Localization Question

I'm developing a new app with Game Center support, and new to Game Center programming. I've been using the standard Game Kit codes to set it up, and it all seems to work fine, but I do run into one snag. When I change languages on my devices the localized text I set up for the leaderboards and achievements work fine, however none of the prompts messages and alerts popping up called through the Game Kit api's appear in any of the languages I set it to.

I had thought this localization was automatic. I have tried other apps and saw that their game center log-in prompts and alerts localize with each language. Is this how it is until I submit, or am I missing something? Did I do or set something up wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

After some testing, I did noticed Game Center prompts and alerts localize with some apps while others do not. With this, I'm ruling out that Game Center localizes after submission (as these are live apps I tested), and likely localizes instead through a trigger of some sort or through other means. Any ideas?

To clarify, I mean the authentication prompts brought up by the following code:

[[GKLocalPlayer localPlayer] authenticateWithCompletionHandler:nil];

When the language of my testing device is set to French, the prompt in my app still states in English:
Sign in to Game Center
[Use Existing Account]
[Create New Account]
[Cancel]

The Log-in prompt is also in English, as well as the Welcome Back message.

I've seen other apps where those prompts appear in the correct language set by the device, and many apps like mine that don't. I'm not sure how the localization was done, and can't find information on it.

Any ideas? Please help.
