Character Modeling for iOS tutorials

Hello,

If anyone could send me some links for character modeling for ios that would be extremely helpfully. I used Maya, so that is preferred. I am willing to pay. I can model everything for my scene except the character so I need help on that. It should be less than 1000 triangles.

There are many many books available on the topic. If you are willing to pay then that should be no issue at all.

There are also general books on character modeling not even specific to maya that you can apply to maya.
