how to find the MAP with a certain radius say 1 Mile radius and he can see all the Humans and zombies for his group in the map (in 2 different colors).

you mean "how to define a zoom using MapKit?" if so
iphone - MKMapView Zoom and Region - Stack Overflow

else, rewrite specifically what you want to achieve.....
