Need advice
Hi i'm a beginner at iOS platform i want to ask how hard is it to make a game like this:
VMMRPG : Very Mobile Multi-player Role Playing Game
Each time your device discover a new wireless access point it'll gain 1 ap (Action Point) which can be accumulated.
Each 5 second, an action based on time, date, the security type of the wireless access point and MAC address, will be generated at cost of 1 ap
Action :
Random looting event: Equipments, Gold, Quest items.
Random encounter event: Player can choose between manual or auto battle, if player don't choose within 5 second of the battle notification auto battle will be chosen, player have 5 second per turn to make a decision if not auto battle will take over. Reward of the battle will depend on the encounter difficulty.
Some extra random thing that's poorly written:
Every wireless access point can be reuse after each 22 hour.
Main menu will have a few button:
World map: list of map which player can go, adjacent map will unlock when map is fully explored.
Shop: Buy/Sell Equipment, use item, action house, market place for player.
Mission HQ: Accept quests.
House: Customize your character equipment, fashion, stats, behavior.
Battle system:
aside from attacking normally
Player can mount 4 type of Skill/Action : Offensive, Defensive, Supportive and Items, Player have 4 action slot which they can mount at most 2 action of the same type. ex:O-O-D-S or D-D-S-S or whatever combination.
each turn the battle take will cost 1 ap battle will be suspended and will not resume until you have enough ap.
Skill will be divided to 4 category: Offensive, Defensive, Supportive, Passive. Passive don’t need to be in action slot to have effect.
Skill will be learned when mastering an equipment.
