Two new game tutorials: UIKit and Cocos2d

Hi, I know there is a tutorial section, but it looks like people don't get added to the list of authorized users for a long time. I've put in a request as well, but here goes:

I have posted two tutorials along with full source code incase they are helpful to anyone. I am a beginner, so its a learn as you go.

They are:

a) Game Development using UIKit
iConverged Tutorial: iPhone Game Programming- professional Bricks (Part I)
(This is a post in 3 parts, each part links to the other)

b) Game Development using Cocos2D
iConverged Cocos2D iphone tutorial: Die, Grossini, Die! – Part I
(This is a post in 2 parts)

Hey Thanks Folks. You just gave me a shot of confidence :-)

I've updated the tutorial with:

a) A seamless background scroller (easiest way for me, may not be the best)
b) A better particle effect with Particle Designer.

May I know what tools did you use to do the recording of the video at the start of each tutorial? I am interested to know so that I can do a video demo of my app. Thanks.

Sure. I personally use ishowu hd. But the free quicktime X app along with the mac also allows screen recording.
