Long story short, I am starting a virtual (where everyone can work from home) game development company for Mac, iPhone, and iPad devices. My issue being, I don't know how to program. I've sent out the papers for incorporation, business banking, I'm making a website, etc.
So I'm wondering if any of you know about some iPhone game tutorials that start from the very beginning, all the tutorials seem to expect me to know something about programming. The most I know is HTML and besides making a single player turn by turn web based game I'm not sure how far that's going to bring me.
In all honesty I'd prefer not to program, I'd much rather run the business in the background. I'm getting my degree in business administration; college is online too so I do like the virtual aspect of working anytime. But at this point I figure I can make a couple small games just to get enough capital to hire some real developers. Finding someone that knows how to program and wants to partner up because they hate running a business would be best for me but I'm not going to bet on that happening.
P.S. Not exactly sure if this should have gone in business or game development, but I figured I'd put it here because I pretty much have the business part covered. And in case your wondering I do have free time to learn this, my day job is tech support and unless something goes wrong there's lots of free time.
Edit: Cr*p... just saw there's a sub forum for tutorials... doesn't seem to let me delete this post though so I can move it.
Here's a tutorial series that isn't in the tutorials section(Mainly because Chris hasn't responded to my email): Game Maker's Garage Forum
Meant for those with little to no programming experience. Just by watching the first video tutorial which is only 13 min, you can immediately start programming games. Meanwhile, the game template included gives you nearly everything you'll need for an advanced game.

That seems a little backwards and a little expensive. Develop something first, then pay for and file the paperwork.
Programming games is not as easy as playing them, an assumption that seems to be epidemic on game programming forums. And if you want a first class game, besides a programmer you'll need someone to do the art, music, and sound.

Have you already downloaded the videos? I can download the files but the movies just won't load for some reason. Could you perhaps reupload them and send them to me?
The videos are quite large, sometimes they won't play until fully loaded so just right click the link and download. Once downloaded run in QuickTime. If that doesn't work, post and I'll package everything into a single, neat .zip file for convenience.
Yeah, all free to use. Purpose of it being there. Build your games/apps, send to Apple, get rich. Though of course it wouldn't hurt if a little credit or cash was thrown my way.
