OpenGL VBO + Texture

Hi, i try optimize my code and read about VBO in OpenGL
Anybody have a link for simple tutorial to convert from VertexArray to VertexBufferOutput. or have a link for simple tutorial VBO on IPhone ?

I dont anderstant how work with Texture in МИЩ mode ...
