Mute all iOS music

Hi

I wonder how apps like that make iOS music stop or pause:
App Store - Streaming Music Timer
App Store - Music Sleep Timer

It can pause other apps music and even music from streaming apps.

Anyone knows how they do it?

I tried to use SoloAmbient AudioSession category to mute all sounds and it works but not when screen is locked...
