How to capture video from an iPhone app you haven't developed yourself?

Hi,

I' want to capture an iPhone app that I haven't developed myself.
If I would have developed the app myself, obviously I would use the simulator and Screenflow to get the best results.

But since this is an app from a third party, I have to find another way. Any ideas out there?
