Hi, I recently submited my app to App Store but it was rejected because of the bug. But actually it isn't a bug, it's how the app suppose to work. I explained everything in the Resolution Center but didn't get an answer for 3 days.
What should I do? Resubmit my application, write an appleal or just wait for them to answer?

If it's breaking the HIG (is it?), then perhaps the App Store reviewers consider it a bug, even if you don't.
Also, the App Store process seems rather sluggish lately. Relatively long waits for review, and even long waits for a manually released update to actually go live. They are probably just bogged down. Although I really thought that the post-review release process was totally hands off, on the App Store side, so I'm not sure why that should take so long (a bit over 5 hours so far, stuck in "Processing for App Store").

Actually, the review process was quick for me. Uploaded a binary Wednesday around midnight and it got approved and released today.
Huh. Guess I'm just unlucky at the moment. Seems like most of last year, updates for me (at work, that is) were only sitting in the review queue for 24 to 48 hours at most, whereas the last couple have taken around 5 days just waiting for someone to start looking at them. I guess that's not really that long though, is it?
But I am wondering why it's taking so long to get the update published this time. Seems like in the past the time between either approval with automatic publish, or even with manual release, was generally only about a half hour wait. Sometimes an hour or so. Hit the release button at 10:30am Seattle time; it's 3:45pm now and the update is still not live... weird.

What exactly is the "Bug"? apple doesn't do a lot of testing of your app's functionality, but rather looks for obvious api violations or complete app crashes.
