collect all parameters from device iPhone

hello,

in my app i wanna try to get all the informations from the device using it.
in fact, the gps location, the compass (using the accelerometer iphone) and i try to find how can i get the wind speed, luminosity and temperature .. from the device when is using my app.
how can i get all of this informations??
