Default How do I select a provisioning profile?

I have a new version of xcode and there doesn't appear any way to select my provisioning profile in order to build on a device. Anyone know where it is in the new menu system?

I hate it when they go and change everything and screw everything up :/

Check the Build Settings tab of your project properties. There is a Code Signing section where you can select the profile to use for signing the application.

ugh, this is making me furious. this new version of xcode doesn't have a Build Settings tab or project properties.

One of their "Help" files mentioned going to the "Project Editor's Summary pane"

Well this version of xcode doesn't have a project editor or a summary pane!

=(

ok i finally found it after searching for 45 minutes.

there are no menu options at the top to get to it. you have to click the little folder icon at the top left and then click on your top-most folder in the list. At that point a popup win sometimes comes up with the build settings

:/

Yes I know, this is a common practice by Apple, they change the interface on new Xcode versions, rendering all our experience and thousands of tutorials on the Web completely unusable.
It is frustrating because on every new Xcode version you have to do a lot of search to see where they have moved every option and menu. I think this should stop, maybe we have to complain to Apple, why they just can't keep the same interface between every version?
