Default Floating object like twittelator neue

Have you some idea about how to make a floating object like the new twittelator neue or twittelator for ipod?

i think they used a detail based project for ipad version but i can't understand how resize table views and all others controls.

here are some screenshots

The pictures you posted are too small to tell what you're talking about. Can you post a description of what you want to do, detailed enough that somebody like me who's never used twittelator will understand it? Or post a high resolution picture, annotated to tell us exactly what part of the image is the "floating object"?

It just looks like three objects added separately to a single uiview with space between them. In case of iPhone, same thing, only the tab bar looks like a custom implementation.
