Creating a forum based app

I am relatively new to programming and brand new to creating iPhone applications. I want to create a forum-like application for users to post. I have no idea how to do this or what it would entail. Please explain how this could be done as in depth as possible. Thank you very much.

You might find a mobile forums provider such as:

Free mobile social site builder - Mobile.web.tr (MWTR)

I just found that. But if you want to make your own, you will have to own a server and you will have to program everything which it will take you a long time and a lot of experience to accomplish.
