ffmpes files missing.

I have just downloaded a project and i try to make it run but it seems impossible. 5 files are missing:

1. libavcodec.a
2. libavdevice.a
3. libavformat.a
4. libavuntil.a
5. libswscale.a

Where can i find those? No, there are not included in the project files.
I searched and nothing was there.
