Help Setting up iRate

I'm trying to add in iRate to my app but I can't get it to work right.

If I set promptAtLaunch = YES, it always shows no matter what I press, every time I open the app

If I set it to No, it never shows.

I have tried setting the reminder Day period to 3 instead of the default at 1

What's the easiest way to set this up correctly where it does not show every time a user opens the app
