Default uploding application to Apple Store

Hi, I have completed my application and I want to upload it to Apple Store.
1. What data do I need to do that? I mean I have to send my application, description. Do I need to specify the contact information of the developer like email or website or something?

2. Then I wonder about future updates. If I want to release a new version of my application with some changes, do I need to release it as a different application?
How does it work? Is there some mechanism that informs users that use my application that he could update it?

3. In order to use my application user has to know login and password (users are only the clients of my company). So when I upload the application do I need to give to Apple login and password for testing? and should I send them some kind of manual?

4. Is there a chance that they refuse my application only because there is some memory leak?

Thanks for you attension!

1. Edit all this information in itunes connect under the app name. There is a bunch of required fields, but most of it's self explanatory. Not sure whether or not the website/email displayed to the customer is mandatory, make sure you make a separate e-mail from your personal one if so!

2. For updates, you'll add a new version in itc from manage your applications. It's the same application, but a different version and build number. Most users will be notified by updates automatically on their device.

3. Put this under review notes in itunes connect, or a link on how to create a login/pw.

4. Nope. My first app was approved and it was leaking 3 MB at a time in certain spots. Leaks are all too common and they don't have the time to track minor things like that.

3 MB? that's awesome
by the way, I thought I had a major memory leak so that my application shuts down(I have code that is executed every 10 seconds). But then I noticed that it shuts down in 30 minutes. What could it be?

Dunno. I'd run the program in the Activity Monitor instruments tool and watch your apps memory footprint(sometimes leaks won't get detected in the leak monitor). I'm guessing the console shows no error?
