Add camera background to view

Hi,
I'd like to add a live camerapicture as a background of a view. It's supposed to start when the app starts and i want
to dismiss the camera when going to another view. No ability to take/save pictures etc, just the showing the picture.
I checked the AVCam code example but that made me even more confused by all the options.
Can you help me out?

The method used in AVCam example is your only option. It's not that complicated. Read through the code and remove bits that you don't need (recording video, taking photos) until you're left with just the part you do, displaying the feed from the camera.
