Interesting problem Hardware, software, SQL???

I have a app that I have never gotten complaints about. Now I have gotten my second complaint from a user in a foreign country. The first was from Brazil. I am attempting to find where the user is from the second country.

My app reads and presents data read from a SQL database. Im not pulling any data from network, etc.

Is iPhone hardware different in different countries?

I was unable to help the first user (new iPhone 4s). I assumed it was a unique hardware/software problem. I shrugged it off and suggested the user contact Apple for a full refund. I even told him that I would give him a refund if Apple refused. Now I'm concerned that my app does not run in certain regions. I test my software on 3g, 3gs, 4, 4s, touch and I know it works in the States, Canada, and many parts of the world.

How do I troubleshoot this type of problem???

This sounds strange. Maybe you could provide your app link so we can test it? I live outside the US so I can do a test.

If only you provide us details on what the problem really is, instead of assuming it is a "unique hardware/software problem", we can then help you out. Do you have the user's crash report ? Or even a description of the problem ?

Not sure what you mean about app link. Please explain. I know that the app works outside US. There is a language problem when we attempt to communicate.

The troubling thing is that the app is not crashing. I have very few complaints. I have a 5 star rating. I know that it runs great in Canada, UK, all over the US. My app sales are in the (thousands of units).

The funny thing is that the app does not even seem to be correct on it's initial state upon loading.
