Loading remote html in local html (through frame)

Hi
I've got an iPhone app that loads a web view displaying a local html page. I want the local page to show a remote html page in a frame. It doesn't do this at the moment - I understand there is a specific method for displaying local images in remote html - is there a reverse? A method for displaying remote files within local html?

I've fiddled for about an hour, and that frame still remains resolutely empty. I've double checked URL's etc.
