Where did my storyboards go?

I was working away and my storyboards disappeared and the raw code came up. How do I get my storyboards back?

I have tried resetting all views and rebooting the program. I think I am going to have to start a new project and transfer over all the work.

I figured it out, but I dont know exactly why this happened.

I was clicking back to storyboard and it showed the board for a fraction of a second and then it went to displaying raw code. I must of had somehow my finger on the "control" button with my thumb on the mouse of my laptop and that combo opened up the control window, changed the option and displayed a new view in that fraction of a second.

I got it back by holding down the control key, clicking the mouse pad and the options display came up.
