EuropeanUnionCitizen is on a distinguished road
Default 3rd Party Mac Developer Application: no profiles currently match

Alright, for whatever reason XCode 4 does not see the certificate (which in the past it did).

Steps already taken:

Checked all certificates in the keychain tool
Deleted & reinstalled all certificates
Revoked all certificates, created new ones, tried them
Uninstalled XCode 4, reinstalled

Certificates for iPhone Apps continue to work great... but how do I get this update to the MAS? ;-)

You're trying to build Mac apps, not iOS apps? Those steps are different. (and you're in the wrong forum to post those questions. I bet 99% of the people here are not members of the Apple Mac developer program.)

You need to create an application signing certificate and an installer certificate, and install them both in your keychain.

I always struggle with this certificate/provisioning profile crap, and have to go to Apple's site and wade through the instructions. I suggest going to the Mac developer site and going over the instructions for submitting Mac Apps step by step and following them. That's what I had to do, and what I would have to do again in order to describe them to you. (So I wouldn't add any value.)
