Default Get Current Safari URL?

Is there a way to somehow retrieve the URL of the current page open on the iDevice's Safari?

Can't seem to find anything on it.

You can, only because iOS allows you to use some functionality of system apps, but with limited capability. Like MFMessage and MFMail composers, playing music from the library, picking photos. But all where it makes sense with a lot of limitation to protect the user. Reading URLs from Safari is not something one would need in third party apps and would be a privacy issue.
