Default Localization

I was reading the article The Importance of Localization in App Stores and have decided to add localization support for our new app. The problem is we want to target the stores that have the largest global shares of the market. If you take a look at the link they list 10 countries and then the "Rest of World".

What I need is the "Rest of World" broken down into actual countries and their % share. Does anyone know where I can find this data? I can't seem to find it on the App Annie website.

If you can help me find this data I can give you a copy of my spreadsheet that lists all the App Store countries and main languages used so you too can decide on which App Stores you should target and what langauges they use.

I contacted App Annie about getting a more detailed break down of the country stats and this is the reply I got.

Glad you found our post useful. We currently offer estimated download and revenue data broken down by countries as part of our new premium product (yet to be publicly released). However, access to this is via a 12-month subscription at a minimum cost of USD1,000 per month. Is this something you would be interested in? Of course, there will be more information available when we publicly release the product.
So to get this data we would need to pay at least $1000 USD for a year subscription. Why doesn't Apple release this type of data to its developers so we can target our audience better? It seems a shame to have to pay money for data that should be publicly available.
