Targeting older iOS versions

I downloaded xCode 4 with iOS 4 SDK skipping over the xCode 3 and whatever iOS version it was then (3.2?) then I upgraded to xCode 4.2 with SDK 5.

Right now I'm developing an app that uses no features newer than iOS 3.2 and I've been using a provisioning profile to download the app onto a few different devices. As you may have figured out, since I don't have the 3.2 SDK I cannot compile and thus cannot test on iOS 3 devices.

The questions I have are:

(1) Is it at all possible to find these older SDK versions and install them into xCode 4.2 or are they lost forever? Apple limits their download and torrents don't have many seeds for that version.

(2) If I change the target in the build settings, when I submit it to Apple will it be compiled and available to iTunes store users with iOS 3.2? For the record, I have not been using ARC since that is an iOS 5 feature.

2. Yes, if you change the target OS version, you can compile for 3.2. And ARC is a compile time feature, so it is available for all iOS versions.
