Iphone app - Guide

I want to do a free Guide for people, about a certain niche,

Im wondering what the best approach for this is?


Can i create a PDF and let my app just show the pdf, so the user can read the different pages containing both images and text?

or Is there some premade software that lets you create a guide easely?

or would i need to create each page in xcode?

Your app might get rejected for limited functionality, especially if your goal is like a PDF doc that the user can navigate.
