Default Anyone fancy taking on this problem

Hi guys,
anyone fancy taking on this problem even if they are prepared to work with the current developer to work the problem out.

The details of the problem can seen below from my last post

Best regards to all
Mike

Hi guys,
any one tell if it is possible to use in some way the data contained in a CSV file that has 62,000 rows and 4 columns. The 4 columns have NAME, POST_CODE, LATITUDE, LONGITUDE for use with an iPhone App'. I want to be able to display the nearest NAME to users location.

1. When are you looking for a solution by?

2. How good is your programmer at geometry (centroids, circular regions, and the like)?

To be honest, my week looks kinda shot (on call), but I'd be willing to drop a few hints to your guy. I see this question enough I think I want to write a general-purpose solution to it - but that ain't gonna be done in the next few days

Thanks my friend for jumping in with yor comments. They are appreciated. I will have to speak to the developer and gauge his level of knowledge in the areas you mentioned. I will be in touch and once again a big thank you
