can't delete App from device

Hi guys,

I've not seen this one before. I was downloading an App via HTTP / AdHoc and it failed to install, anyway it transpired that it was down the the security on the .ipa file on one of our Windows Server boxes.

Anyway since then it's left a ghost App, gray background and just the progress bar. It's not the usual 'waiting' issue.

I've tried rebooting the device
Removing the App from iTunes and Syncing
The usual delete but the damn thing just won't die
The obvious finger down, wobble and delete but nope, it wants to stay!

Any ideas? The App is called Candy, bottom right of the main App pile.
