how to record and play video in iPhone

Hi,

i am trying to make an application which captures image/video using iphone camera and shows it with in the app.

Brief Summary of what needs to be done.

The screen has got a button,on button click action sheet opens up asking whether user wants to take photo,take video or choose from library. on selecting take video the iphone camera should open and user can take video and after done recording video the user will be brought back to home screen where he can play the video within the app.

Can someone please guide me as to how can i open the iPhone camera on button click to record video and then how can i show this video in my app either by selecting from library or by recording video from camera.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
