Does anyone out there know any in-depth tutorials on App Development? I was just hired by a company that wants to write some apps for them, but I'm not familiar with the language yet and I need a good starting point. Any tips?

You can find a ton of basic stuff via YouTube.

And as always, take a look at Apple's Sample code / documentation
