converting live camera feed to grayscale

i am trying to convert live feed camera to gray scale .

i have found a way to convert image to gray sale that works very good . but i cant apply the same method to convert live feed to grayscale .

i am looking for a way to convert camera feed to gray scale .

i mean i am looking for a filter to applay to the feed . but also i dont know how to get the feed ....
