deleting record from two view controllers simultaneously

Hello everyone

I have two view controllers. One for displaying records and the 2nd viewcontroller for editing those records. In eiting page, I am able to delete the record but I want to delete it from first view controller too. The two view controllers are uitableview.

I have tried different ways but failed can anyone help me please

if the 2 view controllers fill the table from the same source all you have to do is call [mytable reloadData] when the first view controller becomes active again. possibly in the viewdidappear function. is that what you mean?
