Drag UITableViewCells into eachother

Situation:
- UIViewController with a UITableView inside it
- Each cell, when selected does something
- there is editing mode


I need to drag a UITableViewCell and release it ON TOP of another cell, and have the first cell disappear. Note: This is not rearranging the cells.

BTW, I will drag files into folders with this...

I have googled around for many days with no luck...
