need help on augmented reality

how can i use gyroscope whose input is from live camera view to detect whether the person walking with the phone in his hand and this application ON.logic i want to follow is like the straigth walk of person determines the person is not drunked and if he walks indistinctly the he is drunked.

please help me how i should implement the logic specially how the connectivity between gyroscope and live camera view should be achieved.
Any links for gyroscope code would be very helpful.
